I'd be a skeptical to buy puppies from breeders who intentionally breed branded "chocolate Yorkies". It's more of a marketing / business term...where health not a prime concern. Not to say they don't love Yorkies (all breeders do). But for example, they may do a lot of inbreeding to keep their puppies to look that way, which would increase health risks.
I'd suggest to opt to go with breeders who are striving to breed for the standard with health as top priority.
