Hi all! I found a little 7mo yorkie girl at a rescue. I put in the application and we can go see her tomorrow! She was just spayed on Thursday and had a dew claw removed. The rescue says she has a lot of energy and likes to jump.
I was looking to get another dog because I leave for work everyday, and even though my husband works from home, sometimes he's gone for several days. He was gone all last week and I watched Wall-e on our nanny cam and he was miserable. I though getting him a friend would be beneficial.
I'm excited to go meet this little girl, but I am really nervous. Wall-e will be 7 yrs in a week or so, and he's our baby. We take him everywhere, our lives revolve around him. I only plan on taking her if Wall-e really likes her. I am still worried that even if he likes her, something in him will change. Has anyone experienced that? Personality change or anything? I don't want him to think we love him any less.
Sorry about the rambling nerves, just feel like I'm getting cold feet.
