Congratulations on your new puppy to be. I agree with the others about not putting him outside on a line. Yorkie puppies can get tangled up so easily. My Max would probably have the line around his neck in seconds if I tried that. Be sure to supervise outdoors closely. There are so many dangers to small dogs outdoors: natural predators and humans who will steal dogs right out of your yard.
