.4 pounds can be fairly significant on such a small dog, but I wouldn't be too concerned yet if he isn't showing any signs of trouble. Continue to monitor his weight and make sure you weigh at about the same time of day. My boys can vary depending on whether or not have full bellies and need to eliminate. Granted it isn't the same percentage of their weight that .4 pounds would be on your little guy. |
Yes he is neutered. Nothing has changed in his routine other than I also have a two yr old female I acquired a few months ago and she went into heat and he seems very disturb by it.
