I can imagine how hard it is to be separated from your sweet boy. I'm glad he is doing well with the IVs.
I haven't been through pancreatitis yet with my boys, but it is always in the back of my mind. Many medical articles I've read concerning dogs and pancreatitis say that sometimes the cause cannot be pinpointed.
