Other than trying to encourage your dog to drink water to stay hydrated, there not much you can do before your vet appointment this afternoon. (You might see if he is interested in drinking some salt-free chicken broth.) Hopefully it's just an acid stomach or temporary stomach flu. Try to discourage your dog from eating grass, but be sure to tell your vet that your dog has been eating grass--that's a symptom of upset stomach. Let us know what your vet says.
