 Grooming puppy
So my first Yorkie had a show coat for years and would actually drift off to sleep as I groomed him...even as a puppy he seemed to love the quiet time and the stroking of the brush. My new Yorkie is polar opposite and attempts to chew brushes, combs, interfering fingers, etc! 😂 He is developing mats in all the predictable spots. I have tried engaging him with a special chew, attempting grooming when he's played out, etc....he is not fooled. Anybody else successfully outsmart a playful and objecting puppy at grooming time?? |
