How old is Chloe? Does she have any redness in her ears? It could be that she is getting a skin yeast infection. It is hard to tell from the pictures. I am sure the vet would be able to let you know if it is anything to be concerned about. You could also rub a little bit of coconut oil on her nose and see if the hair starts growing back.
