I agree 100% if you are not happy with this baby re-home now. There is NO guarantee this pup can be trained to not bark or whine when she is not with the ppl she LOVES. Yorkies are ppl dogs, they love their family and want to be near them as much as they can be, it is also not much fun for a young puppy to be caged so they will whine and cry. I do hope you can work this issue out. Yorkies are an awesome and loving breed.
