First, I would be asking the breeder how often they were feeding her - bc that's what you need to do as well.
Otherwise, I'd be feeding about 4x per day right now. Then go down to 3x per day in 1-2 mths when you feel she is ready. Then go down to 2x a day around 5-8 mths depending upon when she's ready for that.
Yes, keep water available.
As far as food, the kibble I recommend most is Natures Logic. It's more species appropriate as it's a higher protein kibble rather than a higher carb kibble like Royal Canin. But many dogs here do great on RC if that's what you prefer.
