I take her outside and use wee pads, but she will go on the floor sometimes. She knows she is not supposed to do it because if I catch her, she immediately puts her head and tail down and slinks away and hides. Or if I come home and she has done it, she does the same thing as soon as I see her instead of coming to greet me with excitement. When I catch her I tell her "NO" very sternly and may give her a time out in the bathroom. When she goes on her wee pads or outside I praise her. Why on earth would she go someplace inside other than her wee pads if she seems to understand it's bad behavior? Lol, is she just too spoiled and doesn't really care because she knows i cater to her every whim whether she behaves or not?
