I agree, one day is usually not cause for concern. Sometimes my older boy will go longer without a poop if he has had less activity, less outdoor time.
Might also be a sign dehydration. Is she drinking enough? Is the weather warmer than usual for you?
Max was constipated once when younger. A little pumpkin, walking, and a warm body bath helped him.
