Hmmmm....it seems odd to me that she suddenly didn't want to eat. When true inappetance happens in dogs, it means something is wrong. I would have the vet check out her teeth/mouth very thoroughly if possible to make sure her teeth are okay.
You could also try sprinkling Parmesan cheese on her food.
