So scary! Glad she is ok! Things like this always worry me, especially since one of mine would run out the door given the chance. My other one, who generally doesn't run out the door and stays at my feet, almost went right through the bars of the deck the other day when he was growling at the guys who came to mow the lawn. I didn't even think he could fit through there! He was half way through. I screamed and he backed right up. Fortunately he listens. My other one would keep running if he got out.

These little ones sometimes remind me of cats insofar as their ability to wiggle through spaces one wouldn't think possible. Combine that with the Yorkie determination and yeeha...Piper pushed her way through a small, narrow "soft spot" in the front screen door (who da thunk?!), but thank goodness she came trotting over to me instead of bee-lining toward the street as she has done in the past. Ever vigilant takes on a whole new significance for me since my Piper arrived---and I don't mind a bit! She keeps me sharp, my girl does....!
