if the epilepsy was a condition known about before cover, then the likely answer is no... all meds/procedures etc relative to pre-cover conditions are normally excluded under insurance policies as standard unless you opted to pay for one which specifically covers conditions prior to cover or specific to epilepsy

if the epilepsy was discovered post-cover, then possibly but the vet has to make the case that the spay minimizes costings via occurrences etc and I'm not quite sure how that could be done given that epilepsy is a neurological condition and spay has to do with reproductive organs but stranger things have happened in the land of med vs insurance, I guess?
