I am just wondering if it could be possible she has a UTI? You said she is peeing so very much and could the area you are touching where she cries out be her kidneys? She could be coming into heat as you said but I had one dog who would get super affectionate when he wanted something. Could she be trying to tell you she has a problem when she is being so affectionate?Just food for thought. Hope you find the reason for the problem though whatever it is.
