I used to give Bella banana pieces in the morning when I was cutting them up for cereal, but she kept begging for more and more and neglecting her regular food. Also, I think that the starch upset her stomach. Eventually, we had to wean her off the bananas. Now occasionally, we'll give her a few cherry pieces (pit removed) or watermelon. She hasn't had any stomach issues since we stopped the bananas and gave her more frequent, smaller feedings of her regular food. |
