Poop from wild animals is often attractive to Yorkies. Rabbit poop, deer, geese, and so on. I wouldn't worry too much, but try to avoid it in the future.
The biggest concerns are transfer of tapeworm, easily cured by meds, and Lepto, not easily treated and potentially deadly.
