I did a little reading, and it looks like the aqueous suspension is still new and experimental. It may be hard to come by. Restasis is easy to get, but unfortunately, it is oil and glycerin based . The aqueous solution is supposed to have fewer side effects and be more effective than Restasis. I would check around with various veterinary compounding pharmacies to see if someone can make the aqueous solution, or to see if it is commercially available. Good luck!
