Well, the little buggers dig under the fence so I bought those long scalloped bricks & buried them all along the fence line so they tire out before they can dig under. I have a small section of yard that is chain-link & the skunks spray rite through it, for this I bought that long rippled plastic that is often used for home made green houses & drilled holes in it & used zip ties to attach it to the fence. Now when the skunks spray, they spray the plastic & NOT my dogs, works great & if you buy the clear it's not bad looking & not too noticeable.
