Do not blame the groomer- this is on you for not properly brushing your dog. If you want to avoid having to shave her again in the future, then brush her regularly and thoroughly. |
A puppy coat is extremely difficult. I got my puppy at 9 weeks and he had been passed around the women's family who had him and nobody wanted him and he was all ready pretty badly matted and would cry when you would even try to gently comb him so he had to be shaved. Sometimes there is a lot more to a story and it can be very hard to comb a wiggly puppy. When I got my first yorkie I had no idea how much care the puppy coat takes let alone the yorkie grooming and she ended up having to be shaved her first grooming too.
