Scottie started humping his biggest Dino toy (it's like the size of a small puppy) around the same age as Beowulf! Seems normal to me. I personally didn't want his humping to become a regular thing, so I told him "NO" but didn't take it away. He did it a few times afterwards but eventually he stopped. Dino is now his favourite toy that he brings to me.
