Default You guys are starting to rub off on me.

Got out of the car with Chewie and the family, and a guy said Oh my goodness! What kind of a dog is that?! Told them a yorkshire terrier, and he said is that a mini, I mean teacup. I heard hubby say under his breath oh, here we go.

I said, actually, there isn't any such thing as a teacup or a mini. These are a toy breed that on average can be between 3 and 8 pounds, but are many yorkies over or under those weights. A teacup is something a breeder of ill repute does to jack up the prices.

I got the are you going to do that EVERY time routine. I said, yep, unless it's like that moron who told me I didn't have a "real" yorkie, as he paid 5k, because his mom was a "half" teacup... despite the fact the yorkie was around 15-17 pounds. Then I won't. But, yeah, I'll educate any one that says something.
