CET has tiny tooth brushes and I really like them. I also really like CET vanilla mint tooth paste. I get mine off of amazon. Every time you get them wet you really should clean their ears with a drying agent because water left in their ears can cause ear infections and other icky things. I use epi otic ear cleaner which was recommended by my vet. Congrats on you yorkie
