I agree with Ann's recommendations to switch back to what the breeder was feeding, or find a food with similar carb/protein.
Some foods just don't agree with some pups/dogs. For instance, my boys do well on Fromm, but I've heard from a lot of other people that it gives their dog gas.
Are you giving your pup anything else like veggies or fruit, or store treats that could be contributing to the gas?
