Lowes is manager dependent from my understanding. I take my little guy into our local Lowes. It had stopped temporarily after a dog bite occurred but now lets them back in. Many ATT stores are dog friendly too as well as some malls and high end stores in the larger cities.

Yeah not too long ago a customer of mine mentioned that Lowe's still allowed dogs (at least our local one). So yea, if I ever plan to take my girl there I'll have to just reconfirm. ^^
I've also taken her to places that have outdoor patio/tables at restaurants. Granted I've had a friend with me so she can watch her while I go order inside, but so far neither places have mentioned anything while we dined outside. I know I just can't bring her inside with me. Those two places were Starbuck's and Panda Express. I'm sure most places that have outdoor tables won't have issues either, as long as the dogs don't cause a fuss.
