I do use belly bands. He hates them and it helps but when I think he has learned not to potty on his blankets he'll start it up again. I try to use them whenever he has free roam at home but he has learned to get out of them and when that doesn't work he will just pee in them so I have to take them off. He's a diabolical genius.
He is neutered. I got him neutered pretty early I know before he turned a year old, I don't remember exactly when.
