Kaira is an autism dog. She's been trained to respond when I start to have difficulty, as well as other things (like waking me up when an alarm clock goes off, since I tend to turn them off in my sleep).
Esa's don't get public access, only housing and flying.
As for training her to lay quietly, an obedience class will help. She's going to need to learn positions first, then add duration to them and add distraction. I can put Kaira somewhere (say, under a table during a meal) and she will remain there, dead silent, until I tell her otherwise.
