I would be using a belly band on him! Is he neutered? If not, or if you did not have him neutered until he was sexually matured around 8 months of age, he is just doing what male dogs do....he is claiming his property! Put a belly band on him! I use a particular menstrual pad in my belly bands, and it keeps my males dry for at least 10-12 hours....I needed something for when I was working and the incontinent pads I use are fabulous.
