Could be that having been a breeding dog and recently spayed, she might need more frequent potty breaks during daytime hours.

Was she strictly outdoor trained at the breeder's home, or did she maybe have free access to a pad? That could make a difference too.

One other possibility, if this is happening only during the day and when you are gone, could be separation anxiety.
