Well until you get her trained not to jump off and use the stairs or a ramp - you can invest $$ 100 or so to get Gel pro mats to put in front of your couches. They are very soft and cushioney. This will at least cushion the impact until you get your dog trained.
Alternatively you can short tether her to you when she is on the couch so she can not actually jump off.
