I agree and OP needs to be clear that telling the seller what you want is not a good idea.

She is effectively saying - tell me x and I will buy from you.

There is also no breeder or vet out there that can tell you what the health and temperament of a puppy is going to be - even if they were clones

All you can do is look for evidence that you will probably have a relatively healthy dog with a typical temperament for the breed and put the work in to train your dog and keep it healthy.
