There is a difference between an emotional support animal and service dog. My dog is becoming an emotional support animal but she doesn't have the training required to become a service dog. Service dogs perform a specific task that their disabled owner cannot do. Moxie helps me with my (long diagnosed) depression, anxiety, and PTSD, but she isn't trained to perform specific tasks (and is probably TOO STUBBORN TO, but that's another story, lol)
