Omg...horrible. My heart is broken for this baby and how it suffered.
I have a precious angel who's 9 years old (or older! Pound pupper) He's a chihuahua. He has a lot of health problems. And he will be given all of the dignity in the world when his time comes and as always, he will continue to receive top notch vet care.
I cannot fathom standing by while this went on, let alone the sickness that must posses his owner to let him die this way.
