Yup, totally understand your warranted frustration! Been there.
But here is what you do -- you can either continue to spend lots of money at several appts at your regular vet (this is what I did) -or- you can get to a Vet Derm right away, and probably only need a total of 1-3 appts to get squared away. In the long run, believe me, it's WAY cheaper to go to the Derm, even though their office visits are more expensive. WORTH EVERY PENNY, believe me.
With her immune system so very activated, a Derm may be interested in putting her on either Atopica or Apoquel, both of which are just amazing meds!!!
And if you're willing to do skin testing, I'd go for it. It's okay to wait too though.
