I too thought pancreatitis too when I read your first post. Arched back is stomach pain. Pancreatitis is a very serious and painful condition. I am now shocked that dogs usually can go home same day or next day after having pancreatitis. The seizure is scary though. I think seizure can happen with liver shunts. Hoping he pulls through.
