Any time you have symptoms like that, get to the ER! I am glad someone was here to see this post and advise you.
These little ones can dehydrate very quickly from vomiting and/or diarrhea ; and they can die!. The arching of his back is an indication of stomach pain. Often it is pancreatitis.
