There are already laws out there to make dog fighting illegal. But this bill requires dog breeders to keep their breeding dog away from the family. It also limits the number of puppies to 25 for small breeders. Now this is probably not bad for yorkie breeders since they have such small litters but what about other breeds.
So we don't need another law, we need to enforce the ones we have. You aren't going to stop dog fighting any more than you're going to stop drug dealing.
