I don't know if this counts as weird but recently, I forgot to fill the water bowl, which is rare. Penny picked it up in her mouth and brought it over to me, bypassing hubby, then placing it right on my foot. She sat down and stared intently into my eyes. I swear, she looked like she was miffed. Hubby and I were in shock and awe... couldn't believe what we were seeing. She then followed me into the kitchen making sure I was going to fill it, then walked over to the palace mat and waited for me to put the bowl down.
