here are some of the things I have recently learned...

*unless someone has bought a puppy from the breeder RECENTLY, then do not consider it a current referral

*if the breeder does not have the time to update their website in one or more years, ask directly, will they have time to email or call you with litter updates once they are born?

*if the deposit is refundable, ask how long will that take to refund you?

* If you are flying to get your pup, tell the breeder you need the names for the exact airports you can fly in and out of to pick up your pup so you can research the flights, before you give a deposit
