Default Problem with Acana... what to do?

Hey, everyone! I really need your help.

My Yorkie is 3 years old and growing up she ate dry food with grain, like ProPlan and other two brands. She never did very well with these foods, because she was never interested on any of them (she would barely eat) and, at a certain point in her life, she started to itch and her skin was reacting to something. Tests were made and there was no fungus or any other skin disease or health problems, so this was when I thought I should get her the best food I could find without grain, because she could be allergic to them.

I got her Acana Pacifica (mainly because of the salmon for the her skin, since her skin is very sensitive) and she's been eating it for 7 months now. It was amazing from the first day: she loves the food and eats it to the last kibble. There seems to be no reactions on her skin (but I believe that's also because I'm using a special shampoo recommended by the vet).

But here's the problem now. Her stool was always fine with the foods that had grain. Now, with the Acana Pacifica, her stool is never solid. It's not runny, but it's not solid enough. Also, last week her anal glands smelled really bad after pooping. I had to wash her butt and the smell is gone. Didn't happen again, but I'm worried.

I know I'm not overfeeding her. She weights around 4,9kg and I'm feeding her 60g once a day, for less active dogs, just like it says on the Acana label.

I don't want to change the brand, because of her appetite and skin problem. But it's not ok for her to keep pooping soft stools. Unfortunately, Acana Pacifica is the only range that has salmon, the best fish for skin conditions. Could you please give me your opinion? I'm very lost here.
