OMG, I know how you feel. Well, not exactly but I dropped a puppy that I was buying from Pat right before I was paying for her. I mean, on a carpeted concrete floor right on the top of her head. She got up, took a couple steps and started walking all crazy. I threw the money to Pat and said "You can't keep her cause I dropped her!" and off we went to my vet before she even came to my house. Of course, by the time we got to the vet she was fine, but to this day I remember that.
My vet would have given me a set of head injury instructions and internal injuries care. Please awaken her every 1-2 hours all night and make sure she responds. Give her sips of broth or water and as Pat said, Nutrical or whatever she will eat. I will PM you my phone number that you can use if you need any help during the night. I AM NOT A VET OR EVEN A TEC but I am a VEEEEEEERY old nurse with ER experience...
