The legislation I am talking about makes dog fighting a felony and allows for a WHOLE bunch of other provisions that keep our animals safe; it severely punishes people who abuse animals. Maybe I have the bill number wrong since I don't remember my favorite man (sense my sarcasm) in the whole world Rick Santorum being part of it (hate the man)
