The earlier the better, preferably around 5 or 6 months, so they don't get used to "marking" their territory. When they start to lift that little leg, it's time. 'Course the first time Higgins lifted his leg, he lifted it so high he fell over! That was right at 5 months for him. Now he lifts half the time and squats half the time. Isn't a real busy marker, thank heavens. |
