Yes I was shocked to see the prongs poking into the puppy's neck
I was feeling horrible the entire day after. I'm not able to be so confrontation to people in the public, especially the testosterone-heavy people. Some people are crazy these days...(the other day, a crazy person smashed our building intercom with a body part and left blood drippings for two to three blocks!
