How many people are going to buy a pup at a mill when they have to visit there to get the pup?

I agree and that is what I wrote to them, that if they were truly concerned about the animals they would shut down the breeding barns and require that the dogs be kept in the home.

It will triple the load on the USDA and therefore be less inspections.

I believe that it is important for all dog lovers to get involved, not just the breeders, considering all the posts from those who have bought their babies from puppy mills.
