Long time no talk! Ok so I looked around on this site hoping this is normal...idk how to honestly word this. My Teddy is obsessed with his penis. He is neutered because his balls never dropped and the vet said we had to neuter him. Anyways, Teddy will obsessively lick himself all day. Sometimes it progresses to him laying there and pulling it and letting it snap back. This is when I stop him. Why does he do this?!
