I am so very sorry for your loss and I feel your pain. losing our babies is so crushing. I still cry for my last 2 girls I loved them too much and miss them so much.
I have all the ashes from my 4 girls. I held on to 3 until my last one passed in 2013 I wanted to bury them together as they grew up with each other. I still have their ashes, 2 years and it's still hard for me to let her go, but, this year I am planning to put them all to rest in one of my raised garden beds and have plaques for each one with their name on it. Letting them all go will again be one of the hardest things I have to do. That is my plan, if you have a garden you can place him there with a memorial plaque. (((hugs)))
