Any puppy I ever got, I took her to the vet with-in 48 hours, vet always told me not to take puppies out until they were finished with ALL shots. I do not believe this man took that puppy to a vet............. My next door neighbors (I don't talk to them lol) got a puppy 4 years ago, they never took it to a vet, the dog has had NO vaccines, this dog has NEVER caught a breath of fresh air, they keep the poor thing inside the house ALL THE TIME, I guess they feel the dog is safe if kept indoors. I pray their many visitors does not drag Parvo in their house. They have money for cigarette and beer, but no money for a vet, just blows my mind.
