I agree, although I was reluctant to say it because I know that I am super conservative when it comes to what I feed my doggies and how much. It's so easy to give them tummy and bowel problems.

With a tiny puppy, you have to be really careful. As Ann wrote, ideally puppies should stay with the breeder until 12 weeks.

Even with my 9+ pound adults, I give tiny, tiny portions of most of the fresh foods when supplementing their main food. No heaping tablespoons or giant bites. It adds up quickly for little dogs.
